First, I’ll say fantastic app; I love it, and have had only minor troubles with it that I’ve been able to iron out with little to no trouble. As far as I can tell the extension keeps me safe online. I always double check how my location appears to the sites I connect to with IP checkers and I always show up where NORD says I am (not where I really am). I’m a little shocked at the negative reviews here because I’ve been nothing but pleased with NORD and the browser extension. As for the log-in issue, I’ve noticed it across every browser on every platform; has to do with the set-up of the log-in screens. When you log into the extension, 1. you first put your user name (I make sure to highlight my name and “copy” it for a step later on). 2. A new screen pops up and you put in your password. 3. The app logs in and whatever browser I’m using will pop up the “do you want me to remember this log-in” option, but only the password field is pre-filled in as that was the only input on the last screen; at this point I QUICKLY press CTRL-V and paste in my user name. This step is very fast as the log-in will disappear as the new page loads. If I’m quick enough then there is no issue and the extension will remember my full log-in every time and safe browsing is just a click-away. If you miss this on the log-in, then you just have to put your user name in on the next time you use the browser and extension. A little annoying, I know, but hardly impossible; and if you’re a windows user, then this kind of thing is nothing new. Windows works amazingly when it is properly configured for your system, but since there are millions of developers out there making trillions of combinations of computer systems its hard for Windows to be perfect and there will always be little interface tweaks you need to implement to get it all working great. Sure NORD suffers a little in this manner, but it’s nothing unheard of. Love the app!

Simple easy and useable NordVPN has never let me down - I use it on Mac / iPad and iPhone - Once I’m connected I actually get letter speeds on some providers than without it, which just shows what your IPS’s do to your traffic! - The extension is great for just making a connection from the browser without having to launch the full VPN on your device, but they both work reall well.

As a year-long free user with only a handful of countries to choose from, it’s obviously not what you’re looking for if you want to use a VPN to watch other movies in Netflix. Unblocking sites with this never failed me though, plus it’s takes a couple of seconds to connect, and doesn’t make you slow down in loading site significantly regardless of where you’re using it from. It’s honestly great.

Have been using NORDVPN for nearly 3 years now and it’s never been better. It is fast, reliable, works with geo-restricted content, and P2P. AND the price is right. Great deals every time you need to renew. I regularly use it also on my mobile and at aiports for safety. What else to say: I would never choose any other VPN now. Just be careful using EBAY with a VPN: their algo might temporarily block your account. It happened to me and I had to contact customer service and was given another special number to call to have my account unblocked. I complained to them about the fact that they never warn their customers anywhere about EBAY’s issues with a VPN. But that is an EBAY issue, not a NordVPN one.

It’s simple, does what I need it to do, doesn’t constanly try to get money from me, and works well on mobile.
