Up until now all is going smoothly and I have no issues at all. Being a free user, it’s good to have a few locations to choose from. Regarding other reviews I’ve read, it would be good to improve the add on/app, so it becomes full proof. I know that it has costs associated.

Connect from Switzerland to Australia without any issues and absolutely no latency when streaming video content. Same when connecting to the US. No complaints!

Very easy to use and nothing complicated at all, a simple interface for the extension, and then went above and beyond to recommend the WebRTC leak tester and ultimately the suggestion to also add the leak shield, which rly no other VPN I have seen makes any mention of WebRtc.. And apparently, its important, its the thing that actually determines whether your device is actually showing a change in your IP to the VPN, or not. Rather important I think, being that, if your WebRTC is leaking, you’re still going to be blocked by certain sites, as you’re not actually masking your IP from the IP of origin. So with the shield it masks that and becomes a true VPN service. It’s quite impressive, and that is why I know the VPN service works with the leak shield on. Because I can actually go to sites with it. Unlike other VPNs that wont work as it doesn’t tell this piece of info. I think the Shield of course, specifically is optimized too with Hoxx so to work together (along with Hoxx internal WebRTC Internal Leak Prevention method; it being it is a box you can check on the extension), and perhaps exclusive to one another, I don’t know but I don’t need to try, Hoxx is easy to use, there’s no gimmicks, and surprises, and it’s the one who recommended the leak shield, where any other VPN fails to provide an actual IP mask. No need at this point for anything else but a working service. Thanks Hox. You’re the best! It’s even better because it’s part of their initial free/basic service of VPN that works just fine, but its a good thing to know that it’s not a service provided in a premium option for faster speed, it’s not info you have to pay for. It’s good cusotmer service overall.
