Well BROSEC works just fine for my needs. Even though i use another PAY for service VPN - this is excellent for free. I have not had any issues with sites being blocked. Im thinking of Trying their Premium Version later.

Have been using this for a couple of days now. The first time I checked it the VPN tester said I was in CA instead of the UK where I SUPPOSED to be. I was not at neither place and very far away though. The second time the VPN tester said where this VPN Proxy was supposed to be saying I was at. Certain sites just die when turned on or will not load. Just for kicks I tested it on both dirty sites and clean sites. And more of the subscription possible clean sites allowed me to at least view them. I think one or two dirty sites out of five I visited would even load. And then would not allow me to do anything until this was turned off. It does change your location and IP address however, and that is what it is ultimately intended to do. Although it only offers 2 locations, it always shows me as being someplace other than where I actually am! Not too shabby for free!
